Dales Easy Brisket

This is a recipe that can be done with an Old Smokey Electric Smoker:

Cooking times for an Old Smokey will be significantly less than other methods due to the specific design capabilities of this type of smoker.


  1. Marinade one whole, trimmed, brisket over-night in Dales Marinade. (use both bottles so that the brisket is completely covered in marinade)
  2. Next day; put it on the smoker wrapped in foil.
  3. Smoke until fall off the fork tender.
  4. Open foil to enhance smoke flavor another 30 minutes.
  5. Done! Too easy!
